We have been moved into our new home for about 5 days now. We are still wadding through a sea of boxes and misplaced furniture but we are slowly getting there. We are officially now residents of Grovedale Alberta!
I am glad to have had last weekend off from the markets in order to get into our new place… moving cats is so fun (not! lol). My sewing area is still down at this time, but as I make my way through the boxes and things, it is getting closer to actually getting a sewing day. I am certainly going through sewing withdrawl! I sold my old sewing desk and for the first time ever, bought a brand new one. I am so excited to use it… sigh…. soon.
This weekend is the Sexsmith Christmas market. This is my first time so I am excited about that. I love doing the summer Farmers market and I’m sure this weekend will be just as fun. The market is located at the Civic Center in Sexsmith and starts tomorrow, Friday at noon. It goes until 8 pm then is on again on Saturday at 10 am to 4 pm. Hope to see you there!
