This is something a little different than things I usually make.
I made a couple of these as a Christmas gift a few years ago for my sons who work extremely wonky hours. One is a heavy duty mechanic, and the other a truck driver. Both have long hours and/or sometimes end up being away overnight unexpectedly. Their bags were a different style however than this new updated version, but they are still in service for them.
The inside of the bag has a layer of “Insul-brite” batting which is thermal to help retain heat or cold. There are no pockets as it is designed to fit a few under clothes, a couple drink bottles or cans, and a container for snacks/snack bars etc; things that may be needed when the day turns into two while working.
The bag is taller than a regular boxy bag and has a long strap than can be carried as a shoulder bag or across the body when you need hands free. Can also be used a lunch bag for the big eater in your famiy.
This bag is black in colour with grey undertones.
